All LSI products are fabricated, painted, assembled, and shipped from this facility.

Inside Sales Coordinator:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is an entry-level position that will field general customer service calls/emails that come into the Inside Sales Department and work as a supporting member to the Inside Sales team. The ISC will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager and work in collaboration with the Inside Sales Coordinators, Inside Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers, and Director of Sales. The ISC will handle Return Material Authorization requests, send Sales Order Acknowledgments to customers, send tracking numbers for shipped Sales Orders, process Sales team sample orders and Rep sample orders, field expedite requests, as well as assist in entering data and information into company MRP system. The ISC will also be required to attend daily Sales meetings.
Lighting Controls Specialist:
The Lighting Controls Specialist role requires technical knowledge and experience in architectural and entertainment lighting and a willingness to travel. The Lighting Controls Specialist will also provide customer support and diagnosis of technical problems.
Technical Project Manager:
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They will provide leadership and support to the project team, communicate with stakeholders and clients, and ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
New Product Development Engineer:
We are looking for a focused, analytical New Product Development Engineer to join our design team. Collaboration with the research and design team, conceptualizing and designing new products, testing product designs, and drafting the specifications for the manufacturing of new lighting products.
Responsibilities would include - Conceptualization and Design, Prototyping and Testing, Design Optimization, Collaboration with Suppliers, Manufacturing Support, Documentation and Compliance, Continuous Improvement.
Mechanical Engineer:
We are looking to fill positions in our Engineering department to meet the growing needs of our 66-year history of being a privately held designer / manufacturer of high quality track, accent, display, and LED lighting systems. This individual will be responsible for supporting existing products throughout their life-cycle and some designing/detailing of new products.
Responsibilities would include - Concept Modeling in 3D and 2D, Documenting Design intent on 2D Drawings, ensuring parametric requirements are maintained, Performing Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis, Verifying material selection/process is fit for use/function, Supporting existing product design changes, Create 3D models and assemblies accompanied by manufacturing, assembly, and installation documentation.
